How to use
Before first use:Rinse (without soap) the cookware in the hot water, then dry completely. Apply a light coating of vegetable oil on the surface before cooking. DO NOT place cold cast iron cookware on a hot burner.
How to clean
Wash with a brush and hot water. DO NOT USE soap or detergents. DO NOT wash cast iron in a dishwater. After cleaning,please dry it immdeiately and then apply the light coating of oil again to prevent corrosion.
How to store
It is important to store the cast iron cookware in a cool dry place. If stacking together with other cast iron pieces. It's best to keep them separated by placing folded paper towel between them.
How to avoid rusting
We suggest you to use the bamboo spade or silicone one to cook rather than using metal spade or spoon to avoid scratching on the coating.
